Replacing watts / meter heat loss calculated from the design gives multiple options for the type of tracer applied. this is dependent on a multitude of factors -

• pipe - diameter, length, accessories within the line (valves, flanges, pipe supports etc.)

• Vessel - size, shape, associated equipment and exposure

• maintain temperature OR heat-up application + safe / Hazardous area requirements to consider

• client may have preferred manufacturer to work the design around / we can advise the best manufacturer given TraceTech’s experience to suit the application.
